1. Results may vary: While we strive to provide high-quality instruction and guidance, the outcome of your photography skills development may vary. Success in photography is dependent on various factors, including individual effort, practice, and personal artistic vision.

2. No guaranteed professional success: Participation in our photography program does not guarantee professional success or employment in the photography industry. The program aims to equip you with the necessary knowledge, techniques, and skills, but your ultimate success depends on your dedication, creativity, and market conditions.

3. Individual progress: Each participant's progress in the program may differ due to factors such as prior experience, commitment, and personal circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific levels of improvement or mastery within a given timeframe.

4. External factors: We are not responsible for any external factors that may impact your participation in the program, such as changes in personal circumstances, health issues, or unforeseen events that may disrupt the program's delivery.

   1. Commitment to program: By enrolling in our photography program, you acknowledge your commitment to attend and complete the program as scheduled. No refunds will be granted for participants who fail to attend or complete the program, regardless of the circumstances.

Program modifications or cancellations: While we strive to deliver the program as advertised, we reserve the right to make modifications, reschedule, or cancel sessions or the entire program, in our sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and we may offer alternative options, such as rescheduling or credit towards future programs.

   3. Participant's responsibility: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their availability and readiness to participate in the program. We are not responsible for any personal conflicts, schedule changes, technical difficulties, or other factors that may prevent a participant from attending or fully engaging in the program.

   4. Transferability: Program registrations are non-transferable. Once registered, the participant's spot cannot be transferred to another individual, unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

   5. Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program without providing refunds. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to participants in such situations.

   6. Dispute resolution: Any disputes or concerns regarding the program or payment should be communicated to us directly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues, but our no refund policy remains in effect.
